New year - new name - new chapter in the life of our University

Together with other Hungarian universities our institution participates in the renewal of Hungarian higher education in accordance with Government Decision 1785/2016. (XII.16.) on the adoption of the "Change of Pace in Higher Education Medium-Term Policy Strategy 2016". Our University will continue to operate as a foundation from 2021, with the accession of NARIC, the National Agricultural Research and Innovation Center. The Ministry of Innovation and Technology designates 1^st February 2021 as the starting date for the model change in the amendment to the law. 

According to the proposal, the date of 1^st February 2021 symbolically opens a new chapter in the life of our University, as we will operate under the name of Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
